An Aviation company retained Carnow Conibear to perform an inspection and feasibility study as part of obtaining Title V air permits.
Carnow Conibear was contracted to provide Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Geotechnical services at the site located at a proposed Student Services Development and Parking Facility in Chicago, Illinois from February through March in 2007.

Carnow Conibear was contracted to provide Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) services and remediation oversight for the Engine 121 Fire Station site located at 1742 West 95th Street in Chicago, Illinois.

Carnow Conibear performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) for six federal buildings and associated properties located in East St. Louis, Peoria, Springfield and Carbondale Illinois, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Carnow Conibear conducted investigation activities associated with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) Site Remediation Program (SRP) at the Henry Horner Homes Redevelopment - Area B (HHHR - Area B) site.

Carnow Conibear coordinated with the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) to apply for a United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Brownfields Clean-up Grant to perform remediation activities at a historical filling station. The site is one portion of the proposed Marshall Faraday Campus Park, which will connect two public schools.

Carnow Conibear was contracted to provide Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) services at the site located at the proposed Police District 7 site on West 63rd Street in Chicago, Illinois. The site covers approximately five acres. 

Carnow Conibear was contracted by the Chicago Department of Aviation to perform an environmental investigation for the proposed Terminal 6 area project. The assessments were performed during the early planning stages of the project to provide information and details on the potential environmental issues that may impact the project design and budget.
